Currencies & Export:

Currencies on the website are in GBP by default, other currencies available are in USD or Euros, your order will be made in GBP at the currency rate set to the website which are set to the current currency rate.

International orders may take a up from 1- 4 days until dispatched to make sure the funds have cleared, NONE of our international packages are insured, once they leave us the couriers are responsible for the package, if you say your package has not arrived we can only help you and check up ourselves, we will not be able to pursue the matter until the package is returned to us.

All international orders will be dispatched at a closest price to payment, our prices are set to Royal mail prices, if your order is very large and heavy and the postage is a lot more expensive then paid, we will contact you for extra payment, unfortunately, our website cannot know the exact price of every size and weight order, we are confident the price will be correct in most cases.

Warranty / Warranty Periods:

We offer a manufactures warranty on mostly all items purchased from Trials Addict LTD. We can not offer warranty on consumable (wear and tear) items, for example, grip’s, chain’s, bash rings, bash guards, tyre’s, inner tube’s, brake cable’s, bearing’s, clothes, shoe’s, helmet’s and so on. (please see list below)

The warranty period/periods on each item begins from the date of purchase as stated on your purchase invoice, even though all warranty cases are dealt with on a “case by case” basis. Each specific case is dealt with in the same manner despite whether you’re a team/sponsored rider or not.

All warranty items must be returned together with the original receipt of purchase. All warranty’s are dealt with as soon as possible (there may be slight delay/hold up during busy periods).

We are governed by each brand/manufacturer so all final warranty cases/outcomes is down to them (the brand/manufacturer)

We do not offer warranty cover on items that have been misused, abused, poorly maintained/poor up keep.

Rider error (such as miss judging a gap and landing on the bicycles downtube, chainstay or any part of the bicycle that leads to impact damage) is not covered at all period…

Clearance/sale items are not covered under warranty. These products have already been heavily discounted down to cost price/reduced to clear.

Warranty is only covered for the original purchaser, warranty is not transferable/changeable.

Main stream brands such as Hope, Magura, Sram and Avid have their own warranty and guidelines which differ from pure bicycle trials brands from China.
